Simple cake called also mug´s cake
Nevedela som ako nazvat tento prispevok. Chcela som ho pomenovat jednoducho bublanina, no v prekladaci mi naslo "souffle", co si osobne myslim je nieco ine. Tak som ho pomenovala jednoduchy kolac, ved nim aj je:) Mimochodom tie visne nie su zaprasene len sa tak neuveritelne lesknu:)
I didn´t know how I call this post. I wanted called it just " bublanina" but in translator I found name "souffle" which I personally think is something else. So I named it a simple cake.
Otherwise the amarelles are not so dusty only unbelievly gloss:)
A tu je spominany recept na spominany kolacik: Pokial mate mensi pekac, ci snad okruhly je vhodnejsie tento recept: 120 Hery, 200g praskoveho cukru (opat som ho zredukovala na menej), 4 vajcia (ja som dala 3) 170g polohrubej muky, 1lyzicku prasku do peciva, 1 lyzica vanilkoveho cukru (ja som ho pouzila na povrch, aby sa v rure zapiekol a vytvoril taku skaramelizovanu vrstvu, 500g ovocia. Makku Heru vymiesame s cukrom+zltka+muka s kypriacim praskom do peciva, potom zlahka vmiesame sneh z bielkov. Rozotrieme na vymasteny, vysypany plech, navrch dame ovocie (pokial chceme, aby sa pekne udrzalo hore posypeme ho trosku mukou. A uz len upecieme v stredne vyhriatej rure.

If you have round baking tray, perhaps is more suitable this recipe:
120g Hery (butter), 200g powdered sugar (again, I reduced it to less), 4 eggs (I gave 3), 170g semi-coarse flour, 1 spoon baking powder, 1 spoon vanilla sugar ( I used it on top of cake to create such a layer of caramelised, 500 grams of fruit.
Soft butter you mix with eggs yolks with sugar+flour+baking powder, then gently mix of snow whites. Then give this in greased, poured tray, on the the top we give fruits (if we want the fruit on top we give a little flour to fruit.) And we just bake in medium heated oven.

A druhy recept je doslova hrncekovy a vhodnejsi na vacsi plech: 2 cele vajcia, 3dl praskoveho cukru, 6dl polohrubej muky, 3dl mlieka, 1 dl oleja, 1 prasok do peciva, 1 vanilkovy cukor. Vsetko zmiesame a upecieme v stredne vyhriatej rure. Ovocie podla chuti:) Pokial je v recepte vanilkovy cukor, ja ho pouzivam na posypanie povrchu, ktory sa pekne zapecie.
A second recipe is literally mug´s cake and more suitable to a larger tray:
2 whole eggs, 3dl powdered sugar, 6dl sei-coarse flour, 3dl milk, 1dl of oil and 1 baking powder, 1 vanilla sugar. Mix all the ingredients and bake in medium hetaed oven. Fruit according to taste:) When is vanilla sugar in the resipe, I give it on the top to caramelised.
