Solarium

Vzdy kratko pred letom zacnem navstevovat solarko. Pokozka mi zhnedne rychlejsie ako pri "skvareni" na slniecku, nie ze by som nemala rada aj tuto formu, ale solarko je pre mna pohodlne. Co mi trosku vadi, ze vzdy po nom ma pokozka taky zvlastny pach. Treba myslet aj na negativne stranky solaria a rakovinu koze. A par rad, ktore to zaujma pripadne nad navstevou solaria rozmyslaju:

Mozte pouzivat aj specialne tvarove kremy, no mozte pouzivat aj kremy na cele telo.

11, Pokozku treba hydratovat, kedze slniecko aj solarku ju vysusuju, bud specialnymi kremami, alebo klasickymi.
